For example, one of the key direct clients of the firm includes SNCF and French Railways. Over the last three years, we have provided them with competitive and focused views on their portfolio within the UK in order to enhance the value. This culminated in the sale of French Railways House, Piccadilly which was recently sold to Henderson Investors.
